| 2023-11-20 14:54:49 | Joe Moreira | I googled all over the web to find a replacement e-bike key for my BirdBike and could not find a source. I lost 1 key but had a spare hanging up. I decided to take a picture of the fine print on the key to zoom in on it when I found it was a TkM brand key. Another short search and I found Replacements Keys Ltd (RKL) in the UK. Tried my luck as RKL was by far the quickest to arrive and lowest price with only 1 other web option that was almost 3-4 times as much. That other option was coming from Japan and would take 3-4 months to arrive as their priority were bulk sales. Replacement Keys Ltd online form basically asked for the key # and to take a picture of the key which I already done - thought it can't be this easy!!! If the key didn't work it would only be a few US dollars lost. Ordered 2 keys at 11pm in the US on a Sunday (5am Monday in the UK). When I woke up I received an email. Thinking it was "We received your order." HECK no! It was your order was shipped and would arrive in 5-7 business days! The time span from when I sent the order to it going out was only seven, yes 7 HOURS!!! The 2 keys arrived I believe it was that Saturday in the [slow] US mail. Most importantly they unlocked the battery!!! By FAR I am amazed with Replacement Keys Ltd!!! | |

Quick and efficient delivery (came sooner than I was expecting) and they work perfectly. Timpsons would have had to order the blanks before cutting and wanted to charge £20 for the first key and £10 for a duplicate. Very happy to recommend. | |
