Advisory: We highly recommend that you have these keys posted to a different address to where the lock is fitted and to use a Tracked delivery service. For security we do not ship the keys with an invoice identifying your billing address.

| 2024-10-29 15:19:06 | Paul | I had an issue with getting a replacement key for a door lock. I had had numerous keys cut by the normal and specialist key cutters and none of them had fitted. I contacted Ian at Replacement Keys, he researched the issue, even getting hold of a similar lock to match the ket too. I thought that the key may be thinner than the standard blank and it turned out to be seven thousandths thinner thus preventing other keys actually entering the lock.. Ian asked for a photograph of the original key and a few days later three new keys that I had ordered arrived in the post. They all worked perfectly. They were no more expensive that any of the other keys that I had had cut. Ian went above and beyond the service expected from a good supplier, his service was exceptional. I was also amazed that they were able to cut a key from a photograph, great service. |
