Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. If you order before 4pm its highly likely you order will be dispatched on the same day it was ordered (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Packaging

All our keys come securely and discreetly packaged. We won't display any branding or indication that keys may be enclosed inside your package unless your order is being shipped outside the UK in which case we're required to declare your package contents as "Keys" on a CN23 customs label.

Check you have allowed for the estimated time in the notes from the table above. Once this time has passed please contact us by email quoting your order number and we will look into the problem.

Can I post to a different address than my billing address ?

Can I send my order directly to my local UK Post Office® branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point?

Yes, but only with the Special Delivery Guaranteed™ or Tracked services. You must ensure that the shipping company name you use is "c/o *POST OFFICE NAME* Post Office" followed by the address of the location. Obviously replace *POST OFFICE NAME* with actual name of post office. There is no extra cost for this service.

For example, if I wanted to collect my order from our local post office in Leighton Buzzard I would use use the following address:

Will I have to pay any extra customs or duty fees on my order?

United Kingdom: No.

European Union: Usually not for orders less than €150. We will collect VAT at the destination country rate during checkout. This usually means orders should forgo any customs or duty fees although some countries may still charge a small processing fee.

Rest of World: Orders may be subject to customs and/or duty fees levied by your local authority.
