Fantastic service, key identification, and speed of service. I went into my local key cutting shop and was told " I don't have that type of key blank, you might as well buy a new lock " so basically they were saying throw away a ?40 bike lock for want of a ?3 key ?. On another occasion I was told " We don't cut that type of key, you need a special machine, but if we did it would be ?12 " ???. And they wonder why branches are closing up and down the country ?. The only negative (which may not have been their fault) was that the post office decided that they did not like their pre-paid envelopes and it delayed delivery and then i had to pay the postage plus a surcharge. I would certainly use them again. |
