Unfortunately the keys didn't work and, although it was my fault, I contacted the company to ask if I could return them. However, they clearly wanted to help so asked for photos of the original and replacement keys so that they could make one ones for me, which they did. Again, these didn't work, so again I sent them even clearer photos and this time they created and sent me two that do work. They went to a lot of trouble at no additional cost to me to correct a mistake that was mine in the first place. I really had the impression that they just refused to be beaten and would keep trying until they made a key that worked for me. It's the kind of service that is rare these days and so all the more impressive. Obviously, I can very strongly recommend Replacement Keys for any key replacements you may have. | |
